The Housing Development, Policy and Planning Professional Program provides practical, applied training in the policies, laws and planning tools that influence housing production and community development. Through three specialized courses, you'll explore General Plans, affordable housing policy and the California Subdivision Map Act while developing the knowledge and practical skills to support housing initiatives from planning through implementation.
