Transcript ordering information

Before You Order...

Log in to your UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) Student Portal and go to My Profile. Check the field labeled “Name to Appear in Print,” as this is the name that will appear on your transcript.

Transfer Credit Policy

Transfer credit decisions are made by the receiving institution. Credits earned through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, including Open Campus, may or may not be accepted depending on that institution’s policies.

We recommend checking directly with the school you plan to attend to confirm whether your credits will transfer.

Ordering CPE Transcripts

Please note that UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and UC Davis Campus are separate institutions.

If you completed courses through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, including Open Campus, order your transcript through CPE’s Parchment website (you will see the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education logo and banner on the ordering page).

If you enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate, veterinary or medical student, participated in UC Davis Summer Sessions, or earned a degree from UC Davis, please contact the UC Davis Office of the University Registrar

Transcript Details

  • Cost: $15.00 per transcript 
  • Ordering Method: Online orders only. Requests by phone, fax, or email are not accepted.
  • Pending Grades: To wait for final grades before processing, select “Hold for Grades” when placing your order.
