Online transcript ordering is now available!
Please be aware that UC Davis Campus and UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) are two distinct and separate institutions:
- If you enrolled on the UC Davis campus (as a matriculated student or through Summer Sessions) or earned a degree from UC Davis, please contact the UC Davis Office of the University Registrar directly
- If you were part of the Open Campus program, please proceed to CPE’s Parchment website
- If you enrolled in CPE courses, please proceed to CPE’s Parchment website
Important: Before ordering your transcript online via the Parchment portal, log in to your CPE Student Portal, visit the My Profile page, and confirm the name you have entered into the Name to Appear in Print field. This is the name that will appear on your transcript. Any updates to that field must be made 24 hours prior to requesting your transcript.
Ordering a Transcript from CPE is only available online via our business partner Parchment.

Standard Processing Cost
$15.00 per transcript
Pending Grades
If you need your transcript held pending receipt of a class grade, indicate this during the online ordering process. We will hold your transcript until the grade has been received.
Order Online Using Parchment
Copies of your official transcript for coursework completed at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education may be ordered online using the Parchment Transcript Processing Service.
