The UC Davis Executive Leadership Program

The UC Davis Executive Leadership Program is designed to transform you into a confident and influential leader, equipped with the skills to elevate your presence, lead your employees and steer your company in the right direction. Our high-impact faculty, who deeply understand local challenges and opportunities, will guide you through expert instruction, executive presence coaching and practical exercises to master the art of communication and leadership.
This executive leadership training program includes in-person coaching and collaboration opportunities as well as online lectures in a format that complements your work schedule. Prior to starting the program, you’ll complete 360 assessments to uncover your leadership aspirations and attributes. Over the course of 10 sessions, you’ll learn how to deliver impactful team meetings by developing strategies to inform, inspire and engage your audience, and speak to your stakeholders so that your message is heard and remembered. You’ll develop your unique leadership presence by mastering various communication styles, utilizing storytelling and positioning yourself as a mindful, visionary leader. You’ll also benefit from top-tier executive presence training with two executive coaching session and engage in exclusive networking events where you can connect with other Sacramento business leaders and build valuable relationships that can propel your career forward. At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a strategic, personal leadership roadmap to implement when you return to work.
