Our ICF Team Coaching Certification Training Program, ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), is designed to equip you with the business insight, tools and practice you need to support team success as an internal or external team coach.

Class starts March 21, 2025
- Final Application Deadline: March 18, 2025
- The Program kicks off with a Welcome Meeting on Friday, March 21st from 4pm - 5pm via Zoom. There will be some pre-work assigned before the first class session. The welcome meeting will give you a brief orientation to the program, Canvas (the online classroom portal), what to expect and what you will need to complete before the first day of class.
- This program is an Online Blended format (6 weeks of asynchronous & synchronous time)
- Synchronous classes take place Friday mornings 9 AM - 12 PM PST.
- In between synchronous classes, you will have videos and assignments to complete as asynchronous work. Students should plan to spend 3 hours per week outside of live sessions.
Enrollment Policies
Refund Deadline: 4/3/2025. Refunds and/or enrollment transfers will not be approved after this date. All refunds are subject to a $30 non-refundable and non-transferable administrative fee per course except when a course is cancelled or rescheduled by UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. In the event a course is cancelled or rescheduled, a full refund of the course fee will be processed.
