Requirements to enroll in this program are five years of professional work experience (in any field); an interest in working with people and helping others; and a mindset that supports success in the program, namely openness to learning through feedback and self-examination. Live Session Attendance Policy
To maintain alignment with ICF accreditation standards, attendance for live Zoom sessions is required. Because of the confidential and interactive nature of coaching practice, sessions are not recorded. Students may miss up to two live class meetings and still remain eligible for a certificate. Should you need to miss a class, be sure to touch base with your instructor once the course gets underway.
