Requirements to enroll in this program are five years of professional work experience (in any field); an interest in working with people and helping others; and a mindset that supports success in the program, namely openness to learning through feedback and self-examination. This program takes place January 31 – June 7, 2025: Friday & Saturday, 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. (PT), generally every other week (see detailed schedule). Course Sessions are held live online over Zoom. Attendance is mandatory.

Carole Bennett

Carole Bennett, MBA, is an executive coach and managing consultant, specializing in Management and Employee Development, for Sutter Health University. At Sutter Health and in her business, she focuses on partnering with leaders to realize their personal and professional possibilities. Bennett is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Core Essentials graduate of Coach U. She teaches courses in organizational behavior, financial management, strategic HR management and management of contemporary organizations, and her coaching focuses on integrative leadership and whole person career development.

Laurie Cozart

Laurie Cozart, MBA, MCC, is a seasoned executive and brings mature perspective and broad expertise to leadership training, coaching and consulting. For more than 30 years she has trained, coached and mentored emerging leaders from a wide range of industries. Some of her most sought-after trainings address critical and strategic thinking, leadership, management and supervision, and public communication. Cozart is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, the Coaching Institute and the NeuroLeadership Institute. She has been a leadership development instructor and executive coach for UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education for over six years and has earned an Outstanding Service Award for teaching.

Michelle Payne

Michelle Payne, MCC, PMC, is recognized as a leader in her field with more than 10,000 hours of experience coaching leaders. She is in the top 1 percent of the coaching profession, and has had the honor of sitting on the Global board for the International Coach Federation and been an assessor for the ICF since 2006. She has coached executives across the United States, in the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada and Switzerland. As an internationally-recognized business adviser, Payne turned to coaching after a decade of executive leadership in the retail industry. Her strong leadership background enhances the value of every coaching engagement. She is a leader in not only the business world, but also the coaching industry, and is passionate about supporting the profession by working with coaches through teaching, training and mentoring.
