Civic Imagination: Integrated Writing, Arts, & Civics
The Area 3 Writing Project, the California History Social Science Project, Better Humans Education, and the Crocker Art Museum partner to create a summer workshop that explores the ways that students can blend writing, arts, and social studies in the classroom. This workshop is designed for the K-8 classroom.
Section Notes
This is an optional 1.5 CEU enrollment for participants who have completed the Civic Imagination: Integrated Writing, Arts, & Civics. Please do not enroll in this section if you have not completed this course.

No refunds or discounts for this credit-only course. Enrollment up to 8/4/2026. Please check with the section contact if students would like to purchase credit past the enrollment deadline. Attendance must be verified before credit is issued. Transfers will be accepted with a $50 transfer fee.
