This is an online, remote learning course, which consists of 20 hours of content and curriculum that is taught with pre-recorded and (live) lectures/lab demonstrations, as well as all mandatory live lecture/Q&A session(s) with the instructors. Pre-recorded lectures/lab demonstrations and live sessions are accessed via our Canvas learning system and Zoom. This course is the same length as a standard 3 day, in-person course, please be sure to plan your schedule accordingly.
This course is open December 9 – December 13, 2024, with live sessions on December 9, 11 and 13 at 9:00AM - 12:00PM PST.
This is an academic course that will involve graded assignments. Attendance and participation in the live sessions is mandatory to receive credit for the class.

Prerequisites
Recommended: It is strongly recommended that students have prior training in ESRI (ArcGIS) or similar software. Completion of Introduction to Geographic Information Systems is sufficient for success in this course.
