Designed for environmental professionals, this course will teach you the history and regulatory background that establishes responsibility and liability for completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on a property, pursuant to standards set forth by American Society for Testing and Materials, ASTM I1527-13. Through lecture and a review of case studies, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the steps needed to complete a Phase I ESA, including how to conduct a records review, site reconnaissance, interviews and report preparation.
